RivHero WIC provides services to thousands women, children and families in Riverside County. If you’re pregnant, or a caretaker of child under age five, we offer personalized support for you and your family.
Do you know the benefits of breastfeeding? Come learn about many benefits and how to be successful at breastfeeding your baby. Don’t forget to book a session with a Breastfeeding coach. We also loan new mothers breast pumps to keep their babies happy and healthy even when busy moms are physically away from their child.

Resilience Initiative through Support and Empowerment’s (RISE) goal is to empower communities to be more trauma informed by increasing knowledge on adverse childhood and community experiences so they can take ownership and be a catalyst of change to build their own committees that foster resilience.

To reduce the burden of chronic disease on individuals and communities, prevention must remain a leading component of the health care dialogue.

Each of our Community Health Centers hosts a specific Teen Clinic day, where a block of time is specifically set aside for adolescent and young adult reproductive health services. Teens, 12 years and older, may come in during those times to receive CONFIDENTIAL education and medical services as needed. Although appointments are encouraged, they are not necessary, and walk-ins are welcome.
