Services

Empowering Families Through Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) 

MDFT is a proven, family-centered approach for adolescents dealing with substance use, behavioral challenges, or emotional distress. We collaborate closely with families to support their needs and navigate difficult times together.

 

Parent Support & Training Programs 

Parenting a child with emotional or behavioral needs can be challenging. Our programs provide guidance, education, and training to help you advocate effectively for your child. 

 

Early Intervention with Set-4-School (Ages 0-5) 

Early intervention is crucial for a child’s development. The Set-4-School program offers services to children from birth to age 5, focusing on school readiness and developmental support. 

 

Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Services (Ages 16-25) 

Transitioning into adulthood can be complex. Our TAY services support young people aged 16-25, helping them navigate the unique challenges of this life stage with confidence. 

 

Wraparound Services for In-Home Support 

Our Wraparound program provides intensive, in-home support designed to keep children in their homes while they receive care. We collaborate closely with families to create a comprehensive, personalized care plan. 

 

Youth Hospital Intervention Program (YHIP) 

YHIP offers intensive follow-up care for youth recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals or those at risk of hospitalization. We help stabilize young people and support their transition back into daily life. 

 

Youth Connect for Seamless Reintegration 

Youth Connect supports young people discharged from inpatient psychiatric care as they transition back into their everyday lives. We provide comprehensive wraparound services to help ensure stability at home and in school. 

 

First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program 

Our FEP program provides early intervention for young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis, using evidence-based practices to improve long-term outcomes. 

 

Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Resources

Oasis TAY FSP 

Serving the desert region, this program helps TAY youth develop life skills and manage mental health needs.
