Non-Emergency Transportation Services

Riverside University Health System offers a free transportation program in Western Riverside County for seniors, disabled  individuals, and those in need.

Our Services

  • Rides to clinic appointments
  • Pharmacy pick-up
  • Bus tickets for eligible individuals
  • Internal transportation within RUHS facilities

Service Hours:

7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Travel must be to an RUHS location

Eligibility

  • Pre-registration is required
  • Must be a senior (65+), disabled adult (18-64), or individual in need who lacks transportation and/or income, or enrolled in Medi-Cal or the Medically Indigent Services Program
  • Each passenger may bring one caregiver
  • Courteous behavior is required; disorderly conduct will not be tolerated

Services are supported by Riverside University Health System with grant funding from the Riverside County Transportation Commission Measure A
