Welcome to the Jurupa Valley Community Health Center, serving the Jurupa Valley area with comprehensive healthcare services.

Our modern facility offers a wide range of services, including primary care, dental, behavioral health, perinatal care, pediatrics, and podiatry, all conveniently located under one roof.

We are proud to integrate social services with medical care, helping patients access resources like nutrition assistance, parenting support, job training, and more through our on-site Family Resource Center. Additionally, the clinic houses a Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) office and a Mother's Nutritional Center, providing convenient access to nutrition support and healthy food options. Our multilingual teams are ready to serve patients of all backgrounds.

Most patients are covered through Medi-Cal managed care plans like IEHP and Molina, and we offer income-based discounts for those without insurance. With a strong commitment to quality and compassionate care, we are here to support your health every step of the way.
