Julie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Therapist II with Workforce Education and Training (WET). Julie leads WET’s efforts in promoting educational and career pathways into the public behavioral health service system through community presentations, educational partnerships, mentoring, and identifying accessible career pipelines to expand and diversify our workforce. She also provides support and technical assistance to RUHS-BH staff programs such as Seeking Safety, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Loan Repayment Programs. Julie is a certified trainer in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA). She is also a trained Field Instructor and supervises MSW students completing their internship program with RUHS-BH. Outside of work, Julie enjoys traveling the world with her husband, hiking, gardening, and watching The Great British Baking Show and reruns of Parks and Recreation.
