Grievances & Grievance Form

If you have a problem or are not happy about a service you received, you may file a complaint or grievance.

After you have filed a complaint or grievance, you will receive a Grievance Acknowledgement Letter or Email within five (5) business days to inform you that your grievance has been received. CCS will review and resolve your case within thirty (30) calendar days.

Ways to File a Grievance

  • Call the Riverside County California Children's Services Program, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at 1-951-358-5401 to submit a verbal grievance
  • File a Grievance Online
  • Send an email to the CCS office CCS@RUHealth.org
  • Write about the issue in a letter or on a Grievance Form that you can download and print.
