Connecting students and families to resources for substance use prevention and intervention are crucial. Often students and families will need additional resources and assistance that might be outside the scope of the school district. The purpose of this section is to highlight local resources for school districts and best practices for linkages to care. This list is not meant to be an exhaustive list of resources and recognizes there are many areas of the county that are under resourced and there are limitations with services for certain age groups or target populations.
