Surgical Service Rotations at Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente is America’s leading integrated health care organization. Kaiser Permanente in Riverside has 215 hospital beds with on site outpatient clinics, a 272,288 patient population and twelve physicians in the Department of General Surgery. Surgeons within the Department cover specialties such as Vascular Surgery, Surgical Oncology, and Thoracic Surgery. Kaiser also has an ACGME accredited Family Practice Residency. Residents in this program rotate on surgical service where faculty are actively involved in their medical education. Residents will be the surgical services at Kaiser beginning in the PGY 2 year.
