Immunizations
All our Community Health Centers provide the following immunizations:
- COVID-19
- Diphtheria
- Flu
- Hepatitis B
- HIB
- Measles
- Mumps
- Pertussis
- Pneumonia
- Polio
- Rubella
- Tetanus
- Varicella
Who is eligible?
Pediatric patients, teens, and adults can all get an immunization at our clinics. For children under the age of 18, parent or guardian consent is required.
Influenza Immunization (Flu Shot)
We give flu shots at all of our CHCs from October through March, depending on supply. Contact your nearest clinic for more information.
Fees
Our CHCs offer care for those with Medi-Cal, private insurance, and those without health insurance. We provide care on a sliding fee scale, based on ability to pay. Our staff will assist you in determining which programs are available to help pay for the services you need.
If immunizations are job related, payment is due at time of service unless contract, voucher, or other arrangements for billing have been made. We do not deny anyone service due to inability to pay.
