Curriculum
Year-by-year training structure and rotation schedule
Clinical Rotations: Intro/General Orthopedics - 12 weeks; Pediatric Clinic: Fractures & Congenital (Clinic Weds) - *8 weeks; Upper Extremity and Hand Clinic (Clinic Mon, OR Tues) - 8 weeks; Trauma Clinic (Clinic Thursday, OR Weds and Friday) - 8 weeks; Total Joint: Clinic (Clinic Mon/Wed, OR Monday/Tuesday) - 8 weeks; Sports Medicine (Clinic Tue/Frio, OR Thursday) - 8 weeks; Elective Rotation - 8 weeks; TOTAL - 52 Weeks (*NOTE: Sports medicine and pediatrics are combined in the same rotation. Pediatrics has very few elective OR cases; therefore, they fall into all subspecialties.) (**NOTE: PA Fellows are still rotating on general orthopaedics while on their subspecialty rotation.)
