Monday, December 1
RIVERSIDE, CA (Nov. 25, 2025) – The Riverside University Health System Foundation’s Festival of Trees Holiday Fair, a longtime seasonal favorite of residents and visitors, will take center stage on Saturday, Nov. 29, at the Riverside Convention Center.
The free event runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature holiday-inspired activities for families and beautifully decorated Christmas trees for viewing.
The public is invited to visit more than 40 vendors selling unique handmade gifts and holiday decor, enjoy delicious holiday treats and admire a gallery of nearly 60 uniquely adorned holiday trees. The fair also has events for children, including Santa’s workshop and a festive photo booth.
The Riverside Convention Center is located at 3637 5th St., Riverside. Reservations are not required.
“The Holiday Fair is a wonderful way to kick off the season and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Christmas. We’re looking forward to seeing visitors experience the magic of that day,” said Jill Eaton, Foundation Director.
The decorated trees are also featured at the sold-out Festival of Trees Gala, the Foundation’s signature fundraising event held tonight at the Convention Center. The trees will be displayed for the Holiday Fair before being delivered to gala sponsors.
“The Festival of Trees is a powerful reminder that behind each tree and each light is a journey of strength and resilience,” said Yasith Weerasuriya, President and CEO of Stanbridge University, the gala’s presenting sponsor. “We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to partner in extending compassionate care and hope to every patient and family.”
Foundation donors, such as Stanbridge University, support RUHS – Medical Center’s Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units, the Riverside County Child Assessment Team and other hospital programs and initiatives.
